ByBondar is led by Andrii Bondar, an IT professional and project manager with experience across web projects, digital products, product ownership and technology-led businesses.
We look beyond how a website looks. We consider who needs to use it, what it should help them do, how it fits into the organisation and how it can remain useful after launch.
Our work combines commercial projects with a wider interest in community initiatives. We want local organisations to have access to thoughtful digital tools — and we want Wexford to become a place where technology and community can grow together.
That ambition also informs our involvement in OceanEyeTech, an early-stage initiative exploring technology to support water rescue.

We want to make time for social and community projects where digital skills can help people connect, find information or move an idea forward. We will share individual initiatives when it is appropriate, rather than using community work as a marketing prop.
It is a question and an ambition, not a claim that the destination has already been reached. We believe a region can grow its technology culture through useful projects, education, local enterprise and people who are willing to share what they know.
